Forecast trend
See which forecast zone is growing and which is emptying
A daily snapshot of amounts by risk zone, overall and per salesperson, and its curve over time.
In practice
Every day, DBR takes a snapshot of the amounts by zone: Commitment, Best Case, Pipeline, Risk. The snapshot is taken for the whole team and for each salesperson.
The curve reads over 4, 13 or 26 weeks, with each zone’s change since the start of the period. You follow how the forecast moves instead of comparing two month-end figures.
