Journeys
Know what to say next, whatever the answer
The decision tree of your call or meeting: what you say, what the client answers, and what comes next depending on the answer.
In practice
A journey reads from top to bottom, from preparation to outcome: your questions, your arguments, the client’s objections and the branches that follow. Each objection links to Skills, so the answer is at hand.
You start from a DBR template, which you duplicate to adapt, or you build your own, by hand or with the AI. Each block can carry an objective: get a qualification fact, create urgency, reach the decision-maker. Placed on a deal, the journey shows in red the information still missing.
