Terms of use
Terms governing the use of the Daily Business Review website and services.
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the website https://daily-business-review.com and of the services and tools published under the Daily Business Review (DBR) brand (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you accept these terms.
2. Publisher
The Services are published by FRAIDGE, SAS, registered under SIREN 990697187, whose registered office is at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: contact@daily-business-review.com. See the legal notice.
3. Access to the Services
The website is freely accessible. Some features (DBR application, internal tools) require an account or an authorization granted by FRAIDGE. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any use made of your access. We may suspend access in case of misuse, for maintenance or for security reasons.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
- Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not disrupt the Services, extract their content automatically or reverse-engineer them.
- Do not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content through the Services.
5. Third-party platforms
Some Services connect to third-party platforms (for example TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn or X) to publish Daily Business Review’s own content on its own accounts. Such connections are made only with the explicit authorization of the account holder, through the official authorization flow of each platform, and can be revoked at any time from the platform’s settings. Use of these platforms remains subject to their own terms. Daily Business Review only accesses the information strictly needed for publishing (such as the account name and avatar) and does not collect data about other users of these platforms.
6. AI-generated content
Some videos published by Daily Business Review are generated with artificial intelligence from the avatar and voice of an identified person, with her consent. They are labeled as such.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and their content (texts, videos, visuals, trademarks, software) are the property of FRAIDGE or its licensors. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for sharing via the platforms’ own sharing features.
8. Liability
The content of the Services is provided for information purposes. FRAIDGE makes reasonable efforts to keep the Services available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Its liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages or for the operation of third-party platforms.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the applicable version is the one online on the date of use. They are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
