Risk management
See where the pipeline is exposed, and for how much
The process × mapping matrix: Commitment, Best Case, Risk, Pipeline, with amounts per zone.
In practice
The matrix crosses the process score and the mapping score. Both high: Commitment. Mapping high, process low: Best Case. Process high, mapping low: Risk. The rest: Pipeline. Thresholds are set in the shared reference.
Each deal is a bubble sized by its amount. You read the amounts and the number of deals per zone, filtered by period and by salesperson. The deal score is the square root of process × mapping.
