Risk criteria
Decide what counts as a risk in your market
The weight of each of the 12 blocking factors, set for the whole team and by sector, and your own risk questions.
In practice
You set the weight of each of the 12 blocking factors, for the whole team and sector by sector, and you add your own risk questions with their severity. Blocking points, the deal review and portfolio triage read these criteria: the salesperson and their manager judge a deal on the same basis.
The analysis shows blocking points by salesperson and by sector, then losses and disqualifications by factor. When a factor exceeds 30% of a sector’s losses, DBR suggests adjusting its weight; you decide whether to apply it.
