Process
A process that gets checked, not a stage that gets dragged
The funnel stages, their questions, and prerequisites that gate the move to the next stage.
In practice
Each funnel stage carries its questions, answered yes / in progress / no. Progress is computed per stage and across the deal.
Questions marked as prerequisites must be at yes to move to the next stage. A manager can force the move; the override is logged in the deal, with its author.
